If I purchased a Spanish Web site, will everything be in Spanish?
No. All consumer-facing parts of the website will be in Spanish. However, the edit pages that are used by the Web Developer to create the site and by the Web Site owner to manage the site will be in English.

Besides the language difference, are there any differences in the functionality or physical appearance of a Spanish language Web site vs. an English site?
No, there are no differences. The same functionalities that are available on the English language Web sites will also be available on the Spanish language sites. The same styles and color schemes will carry over seamlessly into the Spanish site.
If I purchased a bilingual site, does my Spanish site have to exactly mirror my English site? Can there be minor differences? What happens if I only make changes to my Spanish site?
Yes. The web development tools that are used to build the bilingual sites are setup so that the English and Spanish versions have to mirror each other. Revisions to one part of the site would have to be done to the other as well.
